Chili

Chili is ez. Just fry up a lb of hamburger, then add a can of pinto beans, black chili beans, Rotel, water, and chili powder and cook for 45 min. Serve with chopped onions, cheese, sour cream, saltines, and Jiffy corn muffins.

Spanish Spaghetti

Spanish spaghetti is ez and healthy too. Brown a lb of meat in a pan then add a can of Rotel, chopped tomatoes, cannellini beans, and chopped roasted red peppers. Add salt, pepper, cayenne, and oregano. Serve over angel hair pasta.

Quick Chili

Just brown up a pound of ground beef then add chopped onion and peppers add salt and chili powder and cook up til peppers tender. So easy delicious and healthy.
