Just brown up a pound of ground beef then add chopped onion and peppers add salt and chili powder and cook up til peppers tender. So easy delicious and healthy.

Tuscan Bean Dish

This bean dish is ez and good. Just put olive oil in pan and add chopped garlic and cut fresh sage and heat. Then add a can of cannellini beans and two chopped tomatoes from garden. Add salt and cayenne and cook on high for about ten minutes.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Dip

Peanut butter and jelly dip is ez and yummy. Just drop a large spoonful of peanut butter in a bowl then add a spoonful of raspberry jam, mix and serve with Ritz crackers. Yum.

Seafood salad sandwich is ez and delicious. Just get a package of fake crab and mix in bowl with real mayonnaise. Spread on soft roll and serve.

Banana Split

Banana Split is ez and healthy. Just place 1/2 lengthwise sliced banana in bowl, add two scoops of vanilla ice cream top with fresh pineapple slice and Hersheys syrup, whip cream, nuts, and cherry. Yum.

Bagel with Cream Cheese and Lox

Bagel with cream cheese and lox is ez, delicious, and satisfying. Just toast a bagel, spread with cream cheese, lay in a piece of lox, then add capers and sliced red onion. So good.

Fahitas

Fahitas are ez and good and healthy. Cut an onion and green pepper into slices and fry in oil. Then add cooked, peeled shrimp and cook. Finally add skirt steak sliced against the grain and cook. Serve with tortillas.
