Banana Smoothie

Banana smoothie is ez. Just put 4 ripe bananas in blender. Add 5 scoops of vanilla ice cream, 2 c milk, and 1t vanilla and blend. Top with whipped cream.

Eggs and Tamales

Eggs and tamales is ez. Just fry two cage-free eggs in a pan and flip to cook other side. Serve with local tamales.

Soup and Sandwich

Soup and sandwich is ez comfort food. Just heat a can of Campbell’s chowder with a can of milk. Make a sandwich with bread, mayo, and ham, and cheese.

Lobster Tails

Lobster tails are the eziest. Just buy some and drop them in boiling water for about ten min. Let cool then crack open shell and pull out lobster meat and serve with melted butter. Happy New Year!

Potato Pancakes

Potato pancakes are ez. Just peel two potatoes and grate into bowl on cheese grater. Add one egg, two tablespoons flour, and 1/2t salt and a little pepper. Mix and fry in olive oil and butter til brown. Serve with butter, salt, apple sauce, sour cream.  

Flakey Biscuit

This biscuit is ez with a couple tricks*. Just cut 4T butter into 2c flour, 1/2t salt, and 1t baking powder. Add 1c buttermilk and stir til just combined*. Put on floured surface and flatten and fold over and roll flat and spin and fold again. Repeat a few more times* (this is what makes…
