Flakey Biscuit

This biscuit is ez with a couple tricks*. Just cut 4T butter into 2c flour, 1/2t salt, and 1t baking powder. Add 1c buttermilk and stir til just combined*. Put on floured surface and flatten and fold over and roll flat and spin and fold again. Repeat a few more times* (this is what makes it flakey). Then roll to about 1″ thick and cut with 2″ glass without twisting* and place on cookie sheet and bake in reheated 450 degree oven about 15 min or til brown on top. Brush with melted butter after 5min and when done. Serve with honey butter.IMG_20181211_142813_806.jpg
