These drumsticks are easy and better than KFC. In a bowl mix 2 eggs and 1c milk and in another mix 2c flour, 1t salt, and 1/2t pepper. Dip chicken leg in egg mixture then flour mixture and place in hot vegetable oil in cast iron skillet for over a half hour flipping when needed.

These cookies are easy and good. Just get a package of semi sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips and use the recipe on the back except use half white chips and have chocolate. Instead of walnuts use macadamia nuts, then add 1/2 cup dried cherries and 1/4 cup blueberry flavored cranberries​.
