Stuffed peppers are easy. Take 2 extra large peppers and boil them in water for 5 min. Meanwhile fry 1# ground beef, add 3T chopped onion, 2 cloves chopped garlic, salt, pepper then add 1c colbyjack cheese and a can of tomato sauce and 1 cup cooked wild rice. Put in peppers and top with more cheese and bake at 350 for 45 min.
