Strawberry Rhubarb Pie


Make pie crust and roll out and place in pan. In a bowl mix a container of chopped strawberries and two chopped rhubarb, sugar, tapioca, and cinnamon, flour, and a little water and brush with egg and vinegar and sprinkle with sugar and place in oven at 425 for 15 min then 375 for 45 more min.
