Pork Chops with Mushroom Sauce

IMG_20170510_180500109This is comfort food at its best.  Fry up pork chop with sliced mushrooms then add mushroom soup and simmer for 30 min. Serve with Thai Jasmine rice and asparagus fried in olive oil with water garlic, oregano, salt, and cheese. Perfect for a cold, cloudy, rainy day.
