Pad Thai is ez. Just fry up chicken breast pieces, boil pad thai noodles, and make a one egg crepe cut up and put aside. Then in pan, add 2T oil, chopped green pepper, green onion, and garlic and cook. Then add chicken, noodles and egg, then add 1/2 c mung bean sprouts, 1/4 cup sugar, soy sauce, and cayenne pepper and mix and cook.
Serve with cilantro, chopped peanuts, lemon, and sciracha.
