Fish and chips is ez. Just put 1 1/2c flour, 1/2 c corn starch, 1 t baking powder, a pinch of salt and pepper in a big bowl. Add almost a whole bottle of @newbelgium Fat Tire beer and a little @evianwater, mix and chill for a half hour. Heat vegetable oil up on cast iron skillet on medium. Dip pieces of cod in flour then dip in batter and fry in oil til brown on both sides. Serve with tartar sauce, lemon, fries, and ketchup.
