Bbq Asparagus

bbq asparagus is ez. Just wash and break off tough white ends and place on olive oiled covered foil and wrap and place on grill til tender.

This shrimp taco is ez. Just boil some shrimp. Add juice of 1 lemon, salt, pepper, and cilantro to cabbage kale slaw mix. Peel 4 shrimp and put on tortilla, top with slaw and salsa and eat.

Chili

Chili is ez. Just fry up a lb of hamburger, then add a can of pinto beans, black chili beans, Rotel, water, and chili powder and cook for 45 min. Serve with chopped onions, cheese, sour cream, saltines, and Jiffy corn muffins.

Eggs and Ham a la Goldenrod

Eggs and Ham a la Goldenrod is ez. Just make a white sauce (whisk 2T butter, 2T flour cook add 2c milk and cook til thick) and add chopped hard-boiled egg white and chopped ham. Spoon sauce over toast and sprinkle crumbled yolk on top.

Shredded Beef Tacos

Shredded beef tacos are ez. Just fry up yesterday’s crockpot beef (soup bones) with picante sauce and put a spoonful on a fried corn tortilla. Top with chopped onion, tomato, shredded cheese, picante sauce, and guacamole.
