Shredded beef tacos are ez. Just fry up yesterday’s crockpot beef (soup bones) with picante sauce and put a spoonful on a fried corn tortilla. Top with chopped onion, tomato, shredded cheese, picante sauce, and guacamole.

Fried Chicken

  Fried chicken is ez. Just marinate whole chicken cut into 8 pieces for 1 hour in 2c buttermilk mixed with 1t Tabasco. Then, dip in mixture of 2c flour, 1t salt, 1/2t pepper, 1t paprika, 1/4t celery salt and fry in vegetable oil in cast iron skillet for about an hour turning pieces.

Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel
