Chicken soup Polish style is ez.

Just cut back out of chicken, clean and add to pot with water. Boil and skim scum from top. Add salt, peppercorns, bay leaf, 2 cut up carrots, 2 cut up celery, celery leaves, an onion, and 5 garlic cloves. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours then remove chicken and cool.

For dumplings, mix 3 eggs, 1t salt, about 1 1/2c flour, and 4Tsoft butter then drop spoonfuls in boiling soup and cook for 15 min.

Chop parsley and remove meat from chicken and add to soup.
